순도가 높은 정제소금과 어떤 차이점이 있나요? What is the difference between high-purity refined salt?

클레오파트라 솔트는 채굴, 포장 과정을 제외하면 모두 천연 그대로의 상태입니다. 정제소금은 인공, 화학적 이온화 과정을 거치게 되어 천연소금과 차이가 있습니다. Cleopatra Salt is all in its natural state except for the mining and packaging process. Refined salt is different from natural salt as it undergoes artificial and chemical ionization processes.
클레오파트라 솔트는 간수가 전혀 없다고 하는데 간수가 없는 게 왜 좋은 건가요? Cleopatra Salt is said to have no brine at all, so why is it good that there is no brine?"

간수에는 염화마그네슘이 있어 쓴맛이 납니다. 천일염은 최소 4~5년 이상 간수를 빼야하며, 이로 인한 소금의 부피는 줄어들게 됩니다. 간수가 없는 클레오파트라 솔트는 별도의 간수 제거 과정이 필요 없고 간수로 인한 소금의 쓴맛도 없어 음식의 풍미를 높여 줍니다. The brine contains magnesium chloride, which gives it a bitter taste. Sea salt needs to be drained for at least 4 to 5 years, and the volume of salt will be reduced due to this. Cleopatra salt without brine does not require a separate brine removal process and does not have the bitter taste of salt caused by brine, so it enhances the flavor of food.
천일염보다 더 짠 것 같아요, 왜 그런 것인가요? I think it's more salty than sea salt, why is that?"

클레오파트라 솔트는 불순물과 간수가 없어 순도가 아주 높습니다. 그래서 같은 양으로 더 풍부하고 기분 좋은 짠맛을 냅니다. Cleopatra salt is very pure, free from impurities and bitterness. So with the same amount, you get a richer, more pleasingly salty taste.
수입절차가 어떻게 되나요? How was the import procedure?

클레오파트라 솔트는 국내 최초의 이집트산 소금입니다. 그만큼 엄격하고 까다로운 식약처 식품검사 및 수입절차를 거쳐 정식으로 수입 필증과 식품안전검사증을 발급받았습니다. Cleopatra Salt is the first Egyptian salt in Korea. 김치를 담을 때도 좋은가요? Is it good for kimchi as well?

실제 김치를 담가 보았더니, 절임 하는 시간이 오히려 짧았으며(순도가 높음) 김치가 짜지 않고 오히려 달다는 반응이었습니다. 그리고 잘 익으며 쉽게 고숙성(신김치)되지 않고, 배추의 맛이 깔끔하였습니다. (내부 테스트 결과) When we tried making actual kimchi, the reaction was that the pickling time was rather short (high salt purity) and the kimchi was not salty but rather sweet. Also, it is well-ripened (fermented) and not easily aged (sour kimchi), and the taste of cabbage is well made clean and neat. (Internal test results)
